Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining high levels of customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.

Duties
* Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including bookings, food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
* Supervise and train staff in various roles, including bartending and food production.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
* Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
* Develop and implement training programmes for new employees to enhance team performance.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and ordering practices.
* Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting to achieve profitability targets.
Skills
* Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management within the hospitality industry.
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both staff and customers.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* A passion for providing outstanding hospitality and enhancing the guest experience.
* Experience in supervising staff, with a focus on training and development.
* Familiarity with restaurant management software is an advantage but not essential.
