Divisional Safety and Compliance Coordinator (fixed-term)

Pay: £13.18 per hour
Contract: fixed-term until 5 March 2026
Responsibilities
* Completing risk assessments and safety audits throughout the division
* Coordinating the Legal training events during the 2-yearly review period for the four Legal Subjects for the Division’s Departments, ensuring 100% completion
* Undertaking Legal subject monthly & Safety audits within the departments and liaising with department managers on the outcomes
* Coordinating annual refresher training activities in liaison with the department managers and Legal Trainers
* Liaising with department managers to monitor the compliance of new starters in Legal Departmental Training, and providing support where required with online training
* Auditing departmental training files including the monitoring of employees transferring between departments, to ensure policy compliance
Hours of Work
Contracted to work 80 hours per 4‑week period on a flexible basis. Working hours may vary week to week and include weekends, public/bank holidays, Christmas and New Year. Typical shifts are from 8:30 am to 5 pm.
About You
* Knowledge of legal compliance and training requirements
* Effective use of PC‑based learning systems
* Previous experience working within a business activity reflected in the Center Parcs brand (Food & Beverage, Leisure, Retail or Housekeeping)
* Ability to prioritise and organise workload with attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
* Sociable confidence, ability to inspire confidence and establish credibility
Desirable
* IOSH Managing Safely or willingness to complete
