Overview
Join Virgin Media O2 as a Field Sales Representative in Wigan. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and introducing them to our broadband, mobile, TV, and connectivity products and services. Sales experience isn’t essential—what matters is your drive, enthusiasm, resilience, and ability to connect with people.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be working door-to-door, visiting potential customers at their homes and occasionally small businesses to explain the benefits of Virgin Media O2. It is a face-to-face sales role requiring you to be outgoing, proactive, and skilled at building connections. You should enjoy being outdoors, stay upbeat, and be driven to hit sales targets, with the ability to handle rejection and weather conditions.
Training
In your first three weeks, you’ll attend training from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, including self-led learning and in-office sessions with your manager.

Salary: £25,000 + c.£20,000 OTE (uncapped commission)
Must haves
* A full UK driving licence.
* An ability to work shifts typically between 12:00pm and 8:00pm.
