Your role as an SEN Teaching Assistant will involve:
Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of SEN.
Supporting pupils social, emotional, and behavioural development.
Assisting teachers in creating inclusive, engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
Helping children develop confidence, resilience, and independence.
Gaining real-world insight into the daily role of an Aspiring Child Psychologist .
We are looking for an Aspiring Child Psychologist who:
Holds at least a 2:1 degree in Psychology.
Is passionate about working with children and young people with additional needs.
Has strong communication, patience, and empathy skills.
Is dedicated, resilient, and eager to learn in a school environment.
