We are seeking a proactive, safety-focused **Workshop Supervisor** to lead our on-site workshop operations in **Worcester**.This is a **hands-on, working supervisor role**, responsible for carrying out and supervising the maintenance and repair of cryogenic vehicles, tanks, and trailers, while leading a team of technicians. You will ensure all vehicles are prepared for DVSA, ADR, and other regulatory inspections and maintained to the highest safety and compliance standards.You will supervise workshop activities, manage documentation and administrative duties, promote a strong safety-first culture, and maintain alignment with Air Products procedures, DVSA, HSE, and legislative requirements. The role involves maintaining vehicles from 3,500kg to 44,000kg GVW and may require occasional travel across the UK and Ireland.The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic and fault‐finding skills, an understanding of electrical and pneumatic systems, and the ability to interpret technical data, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
