We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including clients homes, commercial spaces and residential properties. This position requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards.
Duties
* Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas in the home, including offices, kitchen, bathroom etc.
* Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised, including floors, windows, and furniture.
* Handle waste disposal and recycling.
* Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
* Be able to complete and accessNI.
* Hold a driving licence and have access to a car.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and inquiries promptly.
* Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
* Experience in cleaning is highly desirable.
* Previous experience as a domestic cleaner or in a hotel setting is an advantage.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
