We are now recruiting for a Saturday Shop Assistant to join the team in Launceston. This is a permanent position working part-time on Saturdays. Flexibility to work additional shifts during half term holidays is required.
Daily duties will include the following:
* Serving customers in the shop in a polite and professional manner
* Front of house duties; making hot drinks, serving customers
* Organising food displays ready for sale
* Compliance with food hygiene and quality standards at all times
* Keeping customer dining areas clean
* Other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the shop and kitchen
As a person you will require the following qualities:
* Excellent communication skills
* Be reliable and punctual
* Be flexible with shifts to help provide cover during holidays and sickness
* Ability to work well in a team
* Enthusiastic and hardworking
