About The Role
Currie & Brown is seeking an Apprentice Project Manager to join our Bristol office. The successful candidate will work on innovative construction projects, contributing to community benefits and legacy. The role involves attending university one day per week to earn a BSc in Quantity Surveying, while working in the office for the remaining days. Applicants must have the necessary school or college qualifications to qualify for university entry in this field.
Responsibilities
* Implement and adhere to Currie & Brown policies
* Assist in updating project schedules
* Help prepare site assessments, due diligence reports, cost reports, project control group reports, construction reports, and completion reports
* Support fee management and preparation
* Verify invoices, ensure quality standards, and assist in asset capitalisation
* Assist in reviewing project performance through the job costing system
* Support project delivery within time and budget constraints
* Help prepare monthly project review reports for management
* Maintain high professional standards in service delivery
Requirements
* Enrolled in a BSc Quantity Surveying degree program
* Passionate about project management and career development in construction consultancy
* Good technical writing skills, ability to read drawings and tender documents
