Are you a dynamic sales leader ready to make a real impact in the renewable energy sector?

Mole Energy is looking for a high-caliber Sales Manager to lead our Solar PV sales function during an exciting period of growth and innovation. This is a strategic role with real impact, combining commercial leadership with the opportunity to build, coach, and inspire a team that’s ready for direction and development.

What You’ll Do:

* Lead and develop a high-performing sales team across residential and commercial solar PV and battery storage installations.
* Shape and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with market trends and company goals.
* Personally manage key accounts and high-value opportunities.
* Foster collaboration across sales, marketing, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
* Use data-driven insights to refine performance and drive growth.
* Drive new opportunities into the business through proactive lead generation.
* Network at industry events to build relationships and generate leads.
* Partner with the wider Mole Valley Farmers team, including retail stores and Business Development Managers, to leverage existing customer relationships.
* Work collaboratively with the Managing Director and Marketing Manager to align sales strategy with broader business goals.

What You’ll Bring:

* Solar PV and battery storage experience is essential, providing credibility and technical understanding in customer conversations.
* A proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, ideally within renewables, construction, or technical services.
* Strong leadership qualities with experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
* Commercial acumen and strategic thinking, paired with a hands-on approach.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across stakeholders.
* A natural networker with strong interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for clean energy and making a positive impact.
