What you need to do to be effective in this role • Managing the day-to-day delivery of projects• Building relationships with clients• Development of project documentation and reporting• Attend, chair and record meetings as appropriate• Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projectsIn addition to the above you will also be responsible for the following key activities:• Identifying and developing innovative solutions for clients• Assisting with leading and managing multidisciplinary design teams• Assisting with conducting feasibility studies, including site surveys, site investigation, site evaluation, etc• Monitoring and reporting on contractor’s progress on site• Supporting the team in developing new business opportunities• Supporting the team managing existing client relationships• Developing skills that will enable you to provide single point of contact taking responsibility for all aspects of the project and liaise with clients The skills and experience you need to have for this role • Construction project management experience is essential• Experience using Microsoft Office software and Microsoft Project• Degree in a construction related subject is desirable, but not essential. All degree backgrounds will be considered• Experience of delivering presentations• Excellent communication skills to have gravitas with senior professionals• Experience in report writingWe are looking for a team worker, who is outgoing, proactive, and personable.
