Role Overview The Engineering Team Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Engineering team by providing administrative and technical support across multiple functions. This position serves as a key liaison between different engineering stakeholders, managing workflows and maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities Engineering Team Support Provide day-to-day administrative support to Engineering team members Coordinate meetings, document action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks Manage communication between team members and other departments Programme Lead Support Capture and document remedial work orders with accuracy and attention to detail Log and upload work orders to CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) system Track status of remedial work requests from initiation to completion Project and B2IM Support Develop and implement processes to ensure timely and sufficient project document handover across the client's project teams and supply chain partners Liaise with the client's PMO to understand programmes of work and pipeline projects Create project entries and raise associated work orders in the CAFM system for RSCP projects Facilitate efficient information flow between project stakeholders Monitor adherence to document handover processes and recommend improvements Quality Assurance Conduct quality assurance checks of completed remedial works against specifications Document findings and prepare reports highlighting areas of compliance and concern Recommend process improvements based on QA findings Compliance Support Assist the Compliance Analyst with quality checks of PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) documents Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards and internal requirements Help maintain compliance records and prepare for audits Asset Management Support the Asset Data Analyst in coordinating asset change requests Track asset modifications from request through implementation Maintain accurate records of asset changes and updates Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in an engineering or facilities management environment Familiarity with CAFM systems and asset management principles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management Basic understanding of engineering documentation and terminology Skills & Attributes Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities Strong problem-solving abilities and process-oriented thinking Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently What We Offer Opportunity to develop knowledge in engineering and facilities management Collaborative team environment with growth potential Professional development opportunities Competitive salary and benefits package This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a supportive role, enjoys process management, and has an interest in engineering and facilities operations.
