We are partnering with a well:established client who is seeking an experienced Electrical Lead Engineer to take a senior role in overseeing electrical operations across a large site in Hammersmith. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team, manage PPMs, reactive maintenance, and ensure the smooth operation of all electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
: Lead and manage the electrical engineering team, providing guidance and support
: Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all electrical systems
: Maintain and optimize LV/MV distribution boards, switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, lighting systems, and emergency power supplies
: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health and safety standards, and best practices
: Manage BMS (Building Management System) and Head End Controls for electrical systems
: Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements across the site
Requirements:
: NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
: Proven experience in a similar senior or lead role within building services or electrical maintenance
: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
: Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, fault:finding, and preventative maintenance
: Excellent communication and organizational skills
