Join a Growing Risk Assessing Team – Water Hygiene Engineer Wanted
**Cross Train into Risk Assessing**
Up to £28000 + Van + Benefits
A well-established and rapidly growing water consultancy based in the South-East are looking to bring on a proactive, focussed Water Hygiene Engineer to join an existing team and be trained into legionella risk assessing. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking team delivering expert water compliance services across commercial properties across London and South-East.
Key duties for the Water Hygiene Engineer as they cross train into risk assessing will include:
* Working alongside an experienced assessor carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments to ACoP L8 and HSG274 standards
* Spot risk areas, recommend actions, and write concise site reports.
* Undertake water hygiene duties when needed including temperature checks on tanks, and closed water systems, servicing and maintaining TMVs (Thermostatic Mixer Valves)
* Attend WMS training to obtain risk assessment qualification.
Experience required for the Water Hygiene Engineer
* A minimum of 3 experience in water hygiene and an interest to cross train into risk assessing
* Full driving licence
* Willingness to cover London/South-East
* Proven multi-site experience including any of the following healthcare, education, offices, retail, and industrial.
