What you'll do:
* Support the Management Accountant with month-end tasks, journals, reconciliations, and reporting
* Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial analysis
* Oversee and improve day-to-day transactional processes
* Maintain accurate ledgers and balance sheet reconciliations
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow processes
* Work collaboratively across the business to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Identify opportunities for process improvement as the company continues to scale
