The Opportunity
Interim Finance Manager – 12 to 14 Months Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of weekly and monthly management accounts
- Business partnering with production and operations
- P&L reporting and balance sheet reconciliations
- Product mix and variance analysis
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Management of small finance team

> Professionally qualified but will consider part-qualified or qualified by experience
> Experience in a fast-paced cost-focused environment
> Strong communication skills for business partnering
> People person helping to coach and mentor junior members of finance team
The Package
+ Salary of £55,000 - £65,000
+ Bonus of up to 10%
+ 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
