Supportive, people-first working culture The Role: As an Section Manager, youll be responsible for overseeing different contracts within a shared user operation. You'll lead a team, manage performance, and ensure all financial, administrative, and operational targets are met. You will also be resposible for stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities: Lead the shift automation operations and team performance Monitor and improve KPIs, SLAs, and inventory accuracy Manage staffing matters including absences, appraisals, and training Maintain up-to-date SOPs and drive process improvements Use data insights to make informed operational decisions Ensure all health & safety regulations are met Conduct team briefings and act as a communication link to leadership Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations for stock handling Liaise with and update key stakeholders, including the end user About You: ? Experience in 3PL or warehouse automation operations ? Strong leadership and team management skills ? Confident using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) ? Knowledge of SOP creation and updates ?
