Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Prestwich.
Role
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
* Registering buyers & applicants on to an electronic database.
* Scheduling accompanied viewings & engaging with clients.
* Handling inbound leads through various property portals.
* Providing constructive and informative feedback to vendors.
* Generating and negotiating offers to get sales and lets agreed.
Qualities we are looking for
We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:
* Previous sales experience.
* A natural selling ability.
* Excellent communication skills & customer service experience.
* Articulate & a strong negotiator.
* A background in estate agency would be beneficial.
