Nestled in a peaceful residential area, The Retreat is a place where children thrive. Our young person enjoys a mix of hobbies, including:
1. Outdoors & Experiences: trips to parks, shopping, trampolining meals out and clubs
2. Indoors: cooking, movie nights & gaming.
We provide a safe, nurturing environment where every child is supported to reach their full potential.🕒 What You’ll Do
3. Deliver high-quality care and emotional support to children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
4. Inspire brighter futures with consistency, compassion, and resilience.
5. Be part of a dedicated team in a 365-day service, with structured rotas and long shifts (7.30am–11pm), including sleep-in nights.
💰 What You’ll Earn
6. Annual salary: £38,554 (based on £15.45/hour + 8 sleep-ins/month; dependent on qualifications) (Pay rate effective from 1st April 2026)
7. Opportunity for additional earnings through enhanced overtime and extra shifts
✅ What You’ll Need
8. Full UK Driving Licence
9. Level 3 qualification in Child Care
10. Minimum 12 months’ experience in children’s residential care
11. Must be 21+ and have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
