Responsibilities
* Proactive diary management for allocated Partner.
* Being the first point of contact for clients.
* Administrative and business support for allocated Partner.
* Preparing correspondence and documents through word‑processing and audio typing.
* Drafting and formatting of letters, documents and forms.
* Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as required.
Qualifications
* Experience within a legal or professional services environment, previous exposure to private client work being advantageous.
* Sound IT knowledge including Microsoft Office suite and Teams.
* A demonstrated history with diary management.
* Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your work, with an understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
* Accurate typing abilities, audio typing skills would be highly desirable.
* History of client contact.
* Ability to organise ever changing priorities.
