This is an exciting opportunity for a to join a leading independent estate agency in Leicester. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have good attention to detail. They will be working alongside an existing team, will have access to an existing database and full training will be provided.

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be tasked with the following:
* Complete Inventories and check outs at properties.
* Liaising with the tenants and landlords
* Book and conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritise repairs
* Booking and conducting viewings at properties
* Attending to phone calls/ enquiries about properties
* Managing the progression of files from start to finish and ensuring that they are ready in the timescales that our customers require
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Dealing with daily correspondence, emails, telephone and personal callers
* Processing applications with tenants and other associated paperwork
* Filing - completing any associated administration work
* Coordinate and oversee maintenance works on rental properties
* Collaborate with landlords, tenants and contractors for repairs and maintenance services
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
* Driving Licence is essential
* Excellent administration skills – the successful candidate will be trained
* Responsible, a self-starter and dedicated
* Looking for someone who is meticulous and pays attention to detail
* Ability to compose own letters
* Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be extremely presentable.
* Highly organised
* An energetic, fast learning, 'can-do' attitude
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise your workload.
* Proactive and self-motivated
* Excellent time keeping
* Adaptable and flexible
* Expect all applicants to be presentable and able to work professionally. Have a good telephone manner
