As Service Coordinator, your job will involve the following:
Acting as a coordinator for engineers and planning workloads
Acting as a liaison with clients, customers and suppliers
Making sure all queries and escalations are dealt with
Monitoring performance and workload of technicians
If the following applies to your experience, I'm keen to hear from you:
Previous experience as a service coordinator or similar
Diarising the workload of service engineers
Experience using CRM systems
Excellent communication and organisation skills
