We are looking for a Clinical Co-ordinator (People) 21 hrs, to join our team:
To assist the Clinical Lead in the effective and efficient management of quality services to Relate NI clients by:
· Providing leadership and support to a team of counsellors. This includes but is not limited to line management of staff.
· Working collaboratively as part of wider Relate NI team to achieve organisational goals and targets
· Supporting the development and effective implementation of Relate NI's clinical governance processes
· To develop and grow high quality organisational services, including counselling, information and training in line with the needs and expectations of people we work with.
