Were looking for a hands-on, people-focused Team Leader to run our Metal Preparation Department. This is a key role in keeping production flowing smoothly and ensuring our high standards are met every step of the way.
What youll be doing
1. Leading a small team of 4, motivating and organising them to hit production targetsManaging material requirements and making sure everythings ordered correctly and on time
2. Supporting the daily production plan alongside the Production Manager
3. Monitoring quality, safety, and efficiency across the team
4. Acting as a role model and helping to drive best practice
5. Working closely with other team leaders to keep jobs moving through the factory
