This is an opportunity to deliver excellent customer service while supporting store operations and sales. Key Duties: Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, engaging, and assisting customers. Provide in-depth product knowledge and recommendations. Work towards achieving KPIs and personal sales targets. Process payments, customer orders, and reservations accurately. Support stock management and maintain shop floor merchandising standards. Ensure high standards are maintained on the shop floor and in back-of-house areas. Assist with opening and closing procedures.
