Hays are working in partnership with a local council to recruit a Training Administrator on an initial 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy training team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality training programmes.Key ResponsibilitiesCourse Scheduling & Coordination
1. Plan and schedule training courses in line with project requirements
2. Manage participant registrations, responses, and confirmations
3. Liaise with trainers to ensure all session logistics are organised
Reporting & Analysis
4. Track course bookings, attendance, andpletion data
5. Maintain accurate training records and produce regular reports for stakeholders
Logistics & Administration
6. Arrange and confirm venue and room bookings
7. Prepare and ensure availability of all training materials and resources
Stakeholder Engagement
8. Act as the primary point of contact for training-related queries
9. Resolve issues efficiently, working independently where required
Skills & Experience
Essential:
10. Previous experience in an administrative or training coordination role
11. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
12. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines
