Job Description VP PM Communication and Engagement Derby Full Time We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Communications and Engagement Lead to join our Civil Programme Management function team in Derby. You’ll be trusted with the creation and delivery of our global communications strategy and PM community engagement. If you have a passion for news and media and the ability to engage a wide and varied audience through your presentation and story-telling skills, then this could be the role for you! This is an opportunity to be an integral part of an evolving leadership team who are passionate about driving excellence in PM practices across the Civil business. Responsibilities: Own and co-ordinate overall communications and engagement strategy and plans for the global PM community. Lead the design and delivery of communication programs across the function to ensure employee relevance, continuous engagement and transparency of PM functional delivery and performance. To drive and support internal (and external as required) “road shows” to improve end user engagement and awareness of new capabilities, learning, processes etc. Establish feedback mechanisms and processes to run Feedback across the community, including analysis of feedback to produce and manage a clear action plan. Help coordinate the delivery of complex change programmes including stakeholder management. Preferred requirements: Proven track record of delivery. Degree or experience in communications or change management roles. Ability to create clear communications strategy and plans. Excellent communication, influencing & inter-personal skills. Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics. Proven experience in large transformational programmes with key stakeholder engagement embedded. Why Rolls-Royce?
