Your new role

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to take ownership of a permanent Software Development desk with a strong history of success. This is a really exciting opportunity to recruit across Front-End, Back-End and Full Stack development in Northern Ireland - a market that has previously delivered consistent, strong revenue.

With renewed job flow and strong market demand, there is significant opportunity to build on an established foundation, drive new business, and re-engage key client relationships within a competitive, high-value sector. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced recruiter skilled in winning new business, looking to accelerate growth and make a tangible commercial impact.

Your new team

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Belfast office, ideally located in the heart of the city opposite City Hall. Belfast acts as a central hub for our technology recruitment, with the team covering all of Ireland. You’ll be joining a highly experienced, team with the chance to work alongside some of the most reputable and well‑regarded tech recruiters in the industry. The office offers a collaborative, high‑performance environment, making it a great platform for consultants looking to develop, bill consistently, and progress their careers within a strong tech‑led business.

Due to the potential in this area, to be successful you will need to meet the following criteria:

• You will have a proven track record in business development or recruitment.
• You will be a highly driven, ambitious, and inspiring individual who can drive success in those around you and navigate the highs and lows of recruitment with resilience.

• Handling the full recruitment process - from shortlisting through to offering the successful candidate their new job and supporting them through the on-boarding process.
