Duties Description

* Provide administrative and operational support to real estate agents and management.
* Prepare, process, and maintain property sales, leasing, and tenancy documentation.
* Coordinate property listings, inspections, viewings, and client appointments.
* Maintain accurate records and filing systems for properties and clients.
* Support marketing activities, including listings, advertising, and promotional materials.
* Assist with invoicing, commission tracking, and basic financial reporting.
* Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, company policies, and licensing requirements.
* Manage office operations, supplies, and internal coordination.
* Provide general business support.
