What You'll Do:
Pick, Pack, and Ship Products: Ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Organise Stock: Move items to their correct locations and maintain a tidy warehouse.
Handle Returns: Manage returns efficiently and restock orders as needed.
Shipping and Receiving Tasks: Assist with all aspects of goods receiving and shipping.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean and safe for all team members.
Inventory Accuracy: Assist with stock checks to maintain precise inventory records.
What We're Looking For:
Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
ERP Experience: Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus!
Licences Required: A valid lift truck and order picker licences are essential.
Lean Manufacturing Knowledge: Experience in Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement is preferred.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 25kg safely.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills are a must!
Qualifications:
A commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and inventory control will set you apart!
