SHIFT PATTERN: 4 on 4 off, 20 hours per week
PAY RATE: £12.36 per hour

Responsibilities
* This is a dual role which may include a variety of tasks, but specifically:
* To collect loose trolleys from all areas of the centre and secure them safely in the designated areas for public use.
* To perform various cleaning and waste management duties as required.
* To ensure that all duties carried out are strictly in accordance with our standards and policies so that quality work is delivered, meeting/exceeding our expectations.
* To always wear well laundered company uniforms so that Castlepoint Shopping Park’s reputation for professionalism and quality is never compromised.
* To ensure that all work undertaken is carried out in accordance with Castlepoint & ABM’s Health and Safety procedures. Moreover, to demonstrate a personal responsibility for health and safety and for that of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions.
* While at work to effectively assist with the public in a friendly and professional manner.
* To carry out your duties as directed by the Supervisor. Moreover, to consider opportunities for improvements to working practices and put forward suggestions so that continuous improvement is the norm.
* To work in a proactive manner supporting/assisting colleagues whenever in a position to do so.
* To undertake ad hoc duties as directed/operationally required.

* The right person for this role will ensure exemplary standards in respect of the trolley management and cleaning service provided at Castlepoint Shopping Park.
* Will support colleagues so that teamwork thrives.
* The right person will be hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest standards are always adhered to. Professional always and proactively interacting with the public as required.
* Excellent customer care skills

* Totally committed to high standards and quality
* Full UK driving licence
