React quickly to emerging sounds, memes, and cultural moments that resonate with the brand's audience. Act as the face of the brand where relevant, with confidence on camera. Collaborate with influencers and creators to source, brief, and repurpose UGC-style content. Own the TikTok content calendar, balancing planned activity with reactive posting. Analyse performance, reporting on results and feeding insights into future activity. Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure consistency across social channels.
