About the Team
Rutherford is partnered with a ranked aviation finance practice that is consistently recognised in leading legal directories, providing high-quality, commercially astute advice to operating lessors, investors, and asset managers. The team is particularly strong in operating leasing, aircraft trading, and portfolio management transactions. With long-standing relationships across the industry, the team works alongside other leading aviation law teams on complex, high-value deals.
What You’ll Do
* Act as lead associate on transactions with partner support
* Draft, review, and amend complex aviation finance documentation
* Liaise with clients, providing commercially focused advice
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
* Contribute to business development and profile-raising initiatives
About You
* 3-6 PQE solicitor with experience in aviation finance and leasing
* Background in a firm with a strong reputation in asset finance
* Able to manage your own workload and lead transactions
* Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
* Collaborative and commercially minded, able to build strong relationships
