Sales Consultant – New Homes
Location: Darwen, Lancashire
Salary: £26,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £20k+) + bonuses + mileage allowance
Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time
Working Pattern: Thursday – Monday (Tues/Weds off)
Start Date: September 2025
About the Role
Sourced Recruitment are working with a national housebuilder to appoint a Sales Consultant for an exciting new development in Darwen.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced new homes sales consultant or an ambitious sales professional with strong property background, looking to progress their career in a thriving region. You’ll be responsible for managing the customer journey end-to-end, ensuring buyers receive the very best experience.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome prospective buyers and deliver excellent customer service.

Manage the sales process from enquiry through to legal completion.
*
Proactively follow up on leads and convert to reservations.
*
Promote and sell customer extras/upgrades.
*
Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
*
Work collaboratively with site teams to keep buyers fully informed.
*
Achieve and exceed personal and development sales targets.
What’s on Offer

£26,000 basic salary

Uncapped commission with OTE circa £20,000+ per year

Reservation bonus – £6,000 per year (paid quarterly)

5★ NHBC bonus – £6,000 per year (paid half-yearly)

About You
*
Previous experience in new homes sales (or strong property sales background)
*
Proven ability to achieve targets in a sales environment
*
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
*
Organised, proactive, and IT literate
*
Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays
*
Full UK driving licence and own transport
