Client Liaison Officer – Healthcare Staffing
Job Summary
The Client Liaison Officer – Healthcare Staffing is responsible for managing relationships with healthcare clients and coordinating staffing services to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality care delivery.
This role acts as the key link between healthcare facilities, internal staffing teams, and finance, with duties including staff shift inputting, data management, client account management, and payment collection.
Key Responsibilities
Client Liaison & Relationship Management
* Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare online platforms
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
* Respond promptly to inquiries and service issues
Shift Scheduling & Staffing Coordination
* Accurately input, update, and manage healthcare staff shifts in rostering systems and online platforms
* Monitor shift changes, cancellations, and outstanding financials
* Ensure all shifts are aligned with staff qualifications, availability, and regulatory requirements
* Adhere to healthcare privacy, confidentiality, and data protection regulations
Payments & Financial Administration
* Issue correspondence and collect payments from healthcare clients
* Follow up on outstanding accounts in a professional and timely manner
* Maintain accurate financial and billing records
* Liaise with finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies and account queries
Account Management
* Manage assigned healthcare client accounts to ensure contractual terms are met
* Monitor service usage
Internal Coordination
* Work closely with recruiters, schedulers, payroll, and finance teams
* Communicate account feedback and operational requirements to management
* Support continuous improvement of administrative processes
Skills & Qualifications
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience using rostering, healthcare staffing systems
* Understanding of healthcare staffing requirements and compliance standards
* Ability to manage multiple client accounts and staffing priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
Preferred Experience
* Previous experience in healthcare staffing, medical administration, or client services
* Experience with shift scheduling, invoicing, and account management
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations, credentialing, and privacy requirements
