A clean driving license and current passport are mandatory, as well as AVIXA CTS certification. Responsibilities: In this role, you will provide field-based service and support to our clients, working on your initiative but also as part of a service team. Your responsibilities will include servicing and supporting audio-visual, video conferencing, pro audio, and control equipment. You will diagnose faults, remove, repair, test, implement, and operate all aspects of audio-visual, video conference, display, and presentation technologies. You will also carry out preventative maintenance visits and train end users when required. You will be responsible for post-implementation fault finding, testing, and repairing audio-visual equipment across various job sites and client types. Onsite work will comprise about 80% of your duties, while 20% will involve in-office tasks, such as completing post-job and PM reports, providing phone/email tech support, conducting product research and development for client requirements, and participating in ongoing personal development and training. Key skills include familiarity with audio program and speech systems, projection and display devices, custom control systems, audio and video conferencing platforms, digital signage systems, video wall display systems, IPTV, and live event work. Responsibilities include configuring and performing diagnostics, as well as firmware updates of videoconferencing codecs and AV hardware. Additionally, maintaining site cleanliness and adhering to site rules, procedures, and health and safety standards is essential.
