Our client is a well-established asbestos company that is looking for a hard-working Asbestos Analyst that can hit the ground running. To do the daily tasks such as 4 stage clearances, fibre sampling, air monitoring and site audits. Which is why it is essential to have BOHS P403 & P404 and experience working on a range of client sites. Experience / Qualifications:
- Qualified with both BOHS P403 & P404 or S301 and / or RSPH equivalent
- Display understanding of HSG 248, UKAS guidelines and Health & Safety Regulations
- Experience working as an Asbestos Analyst in an UKAS accredited company
- Brilliant client facing skills
- Able to use IT software, PDAs and great literacy
- Achieving targets, meet deadlines and fulfil company requests
The Role:
- Re-inspection surveys and site audits
- Conduct 4 stage clearances
- Report writing
- Carrying out personal, leak, background, smoke and re-occupation air testing
- Offering technical knowledge to clients
- Work on different client sites such as commercial, domestic and industrial
- Make sure PPE equipment is safe to use
- Undertake air monitoring and fibre sampling services
