As an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager, you will be responsible for developing an already established and successful driving, industrial, and commercial desk, as well as leading your team.

Key Duties:
1. Full 360 Branch Manager role supplying temporary and permanent workers into the road haulage, distribution, and commercial markets.
2. Training and development of existing team members.
3. Business development via marketing techniques, sales/cold calls, and networking to gain new business.
4. Exceed sales targets and weekly branch budgets.
5. Building relationships with clients through understanding recruitment needs.
6. Account management.
7. Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained.
8. Arranging meetings with new and existing clients.
9. Attracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts via online job boards.
10. Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates, and complete reference checks.
11. Matching workers to vacancies.
12. Working hours are 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday (subject to workload).
13. Rotating on-call duties are required.

The majority of your time will be spent in the Kenect Recruitment offices; however, you will be required to meet clients off-site at our clients' premises. Therefore, having a full UK driving licence is essential.
