Repair Specialist – Guildford Borough Council

Join our highly motivated Housing repairs team responsible for carrying out approximately 20,000 repairs to council properties each year.


Pay

Pay range is provided by Guildford Borough Council. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more.


Responsibilities

* Carry out building maintenance across all areas of work (excluding gas, electrics and decorating works).
* Perform day‑day repairs and complete bathroom and kitchen refits for council properties.
* Participate in the out‑of‑hours call‑out rota as required.


Qualifications

* Considerable experience of building maintenance.
* Competent to carry out day‑day repairs and bathroom/kitchen refits.
