Lower KS2 Class Teacher-Required
Your New School:
Through our partnership with Hays Education, one of the largest recruitment agencies, we will be collaborating with a primary school in the Redditch area. Rated "Good" by Ofsted, they are now seeking a dedicated and passionate Lower KS2 Class Teacher to join their team starting in September 2025.
Your New Role:
As mentioned above, you will be a Lower KS2 Class Teacher. The ideal candidate for the role will look like:
* You must have experience of teaching within the last 5 years in the teaching industry and hold a QTS, PGCE or ECT.
* Have high expectations and a positive outlook
* Be an outstanding practitioner who is eager to make a positive difference.
* Be someone who can always engage and enthuse pupils in learning.
* Be someone who understands the importance of assessment, feedback and differentiation
* Have great resilience, determination and uphold our school values
* Be open to professional development and thinking creatively
* Have experience of successful subject leadership and vision for driving standards forwards.
