This is a brilliant opportunity to gain practical experience in an educational and residential setting, working directly with students across our School, College, and residential services in Alton, Hampshire. Youll be supported by experienced professionals and work as part of a friendly, multi-disciplinary team ideal if youre exploring a future career in health, education, therapy, psychology, or care. Whether youve recently finished college or university, are taking a gap year, or want practical experience alongside further study, this role offers meaningful work where no two days are the same. What you will need to succeed GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent) A positive, team-focused approach and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team A flexible, adaptable mindset Confidence following clear procedures in time-sensitive environments Availability to commit to one of the following shift patterns: 8.00am4.00pm, 8.30am4.30pm or 9.00am5.00pm You dont need previous experience in care were looking for people with the right attitude and a genuine interest in supporting young people. What youll be doing Youll support students both in and out of the classroom, helping them to access learning, therapy, and daily activities.
