Job Summary
The Customer Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional service to our customers. This position involves managing customer inquiries, providing support, and facilitating communication between departments. Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
* Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues effectively.
* Upsell products and services based on customer needs while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer concerns.
* Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette while engaging with customers.
* Document interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of services offered.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
* Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
* Familiarity with data entry processes and software applications is advantageous.
