Our client, a well-established independent automotive specialist in Newbury, is seeking a Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician to join their stable and professional team. This opportunity offers a dedicated career path with a focus on service, repair, and diagnostics, excluding MOTs which are outsourced. Salary up to £50,000 (depending on experience)
Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 5pm, 42.5 hours per week

Conducting routine service checks
Performing repairs and diagnostics

Maintaining the workshop’s cleanliness and organisation
Assisting with other workshop duties as required
Upholding the company’s image for quality and customer satisfaction
Ensuring proper maintenance and calibration of tools and equipmentRequirements:
Full UK Driving Licence
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, City & Guilds qualification, or equivalent
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a similar environment
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Motivated to expand technical knowledge
Ability to work well within a team
Commitment to maintaining workshop standards and cleanliness
