The Role
We are looking for an ambitious and talented Senior Sous Chef who is ready to take the next step in their career. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing premium food production business and develop into a Head Chef‑level role as the operation continues to expand. It is a hands‑on leadership position suited to someone who thrives in high‑volume environments and enjoys building structure, standards, and culture within a fast‑paced kitchen. You’ll work closely with the Bespoke Director to help shape menus, streamline production, and support the development of a high‑performing kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the production kitchen and wider operations.
* Delivering consistent, high‑quality food for large‑scale production and events.
* Maintaining exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and professionalism.
* Assisting with menu development, recipe testing, and product innovation.
* Helping to lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team.
* Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently met.
* Supporting the continued development of efficient kitchen systems and workflows.
* Being adaptable and proactive as the business continues to grow.
About You
* Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef within a high‑volume, event, or production‑led kitchen.
* Ready to step into a bigger leadership role and grow into a Head Chef position.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and consistency.
* Passionate about food, quality ingredients, and premium products.
* A confident and supportive leader who enjoys developing people.
* Calm under pressure and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
* Flexible and hands‑on with a positive, solutions‑focused attitude.
