What you will be doing:
* Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
* Ensuring all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
* Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets
* Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
* Ensuring the team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift

Hours and pay
40 hours per week. Salary: £14.63 per hour. Premium paid for hours worked between 7pm – 10pm and 10pm – 6am.
