The Role
* Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery and equipment
* Fault find and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
* Minimise downtime and ensure machinery is operating effectively
* Work closely with production teams to maintain operational efficiency
* Complete maintenance documentation and ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
* Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment when required
The Person
* Time served engineering qualification essential
* Previous maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing or production environments
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Proactive attitude with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement
