I currently have the pleasure of working with a prestigious estate close to Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire. My client is recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join their business and be responsible for the onsite maintenance and building compliance around the estate.
Working closely with the estates team, the successful Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will supervise a small team of Engineers, Technicians, Tradesmen and external contractors whilst on site, ensuring all buildings on the estate are operational, and all facilities are compliant with all regulatory standards and building codes.
Facilities Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:
* Provide supervisory support to maintenance team.
* Planning of the maintenance schedules for the estate buildings.
* Responsible for both planned and reactive estate maintenance.
* Manage project work, tenders and budgets for maintenance work.
* Oversee regulatory and safety compliance on estate, ensuring all facilities are compliant with all regulatory standards and building codes.
* Ensure the estate and grounds are maintained to high standards.
Facilities Maintenance Supervisor Applicant Requirements:
* Must have a prove background in a similar facilities leadership role.
* Must hold a minimum Electrical or Mechanical Level 3 Qualification.
* Ideally have a relevant qualification in either IOSH, NEBOSH or IWFM.
* IT Literate – Word, Excel and Microsoft Teams.
* Hold a full clean driving license.
* Enhanced DBS clearance is essential.
