Join a leading telecommunications provider as a UX/UI Designer!
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate UX/UI Designer to support the Product Owner in driving customer engagement and growth through a data-driven, personalised communication approach. This role ensures alignment, optimisation, and innovation across all customer touchpoints to drive overall business growth and achieve Tier 1 KPIs.
* Location: UK wide (hybrid – twice per week on-site)
* Daily Rate: £500 per day through umbrella
* Contract Length: Until end of June 2025 (with visibility to extend)
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement responsive layouts for optimal viewing experiences across various devices and email clients.
* Develop visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives across different divisions, and Priority brands.
* Utilise the Braze platform to design content blocks and templates for use by multiple collaborators in sending communications.
* Stay updated on competitor activities and bring a strong point-of-view on what our client should do to deliver best-in-class communications.
* Build relationships with stakeholders, follow up on performance and insights, and iterate to enhance impact.
* Work with performance and research data to continuously improve design across CRM channels.
* Maintain close relationships with the Brand & Advertising team and the UX guild to ensure consistent and innovative creative output.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role.
* Strong portfolio of high-impact emails demonstrating excellent typographic, layout, art direction, and technical skills.
* Experience in CRM multi-channel design and implementation using the Braze platform.
* Hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce, or similar email service providers.
* Strong graphic design skills with experience in Figma.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
