Operating on an unrestricted employed model, this role offers genuine autonomy alongside the support, infrastructure, and lead flow of a high-performing national business.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of an existing client bank (c.100–150 clients) while continuing to grow your portfolio through a combination of:
* Internal referrals and stakeholder relationships
* Inbound leads
* Self-generated business across the Midlands and beyond
A key part of your success will be your ability to build trusted relationships with senior internal teams to unlock referral opportunities, alongside delivering a high-quality client experience that drives retention and growth.
About You
* 10–20 years’ experience within Financial Advice
* Proven track record of converting leads and growing a client bank
* Comfortable managing client portfolios of 100–150+ clients
* Proactive, commercially driven, and self-motivated
* Strong client feedback and references
* Experience in Employee Benefits is advantageous (not essential)
* Willingness to travel across the Midlands, Home Counties, and London
