What will I do?
Supporting the front of house team in the coordination and sales of the guest experience from initial reservation through to arrival and everything in between. Dealing with all direct and third‑party guest requests as well as completing daily checks on all reservations, identifying any potential upsell opportunities.
Is this the role for me?
* Experience in an administration role or within a hotel front‑of‑house role
* Confidence to upsell
* Good time‑management and multi‑tasking skills
