Motorcycle Sales Executive Required in Guildford for Motorcycle Dealership!
1. Pay: £20,800 Basic + Realistic £49,000 uncapped OTE
2. Hours: 41 hours per week 5 days over Monday - Saturday (day off in the week)
Are you passionate about motorcycles and looking to build a career in sales? Our client, a well-established motorcycle dealership in Guildford, is seeking a motivated Motorcycle Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to develop their motor trade career with uncapped earning potential and excellent career progression prospects.

Benefits:
3. Basic salary of £20,800 with the potential to earn up to £49,000 OTE annually through uncapped commission
4. 41 hours per week over five days with a rota that offers a day off during the week, typically Monday to Saturday
5. Opportunity to earn commission on new and used bike sales, plus additional income streams such as finance, insurance, paint, GAP, and accessories
6. Quarterly bonuses of up to £5,500 based on performance
7. Staff discounts across the dealership group

Duties:
11. Providing outstanding customer service to motorcycle enthusiasts and new prospects
12. Building and maintaining a database of potential and existing customers
13. Presenting and recommending motorcycles suited to each customer’s lifestyle and preferences
14. Attending events and engaging in promotional activities to generate new leads
15. Managing customer queries both in person and over the phone
16. Achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations through expert product knowledge and enthusiasm
Requirements:
17. At least one year of experience within motorcycle sales or a related automotive sales role
18. Genuine passion for motorcycles and familiarity with motorcycle components is a plus
19. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers and build rapport
20. Organised, with good time management and task prioritisation abilities
21. Customer-focused attitude with a drive to achieve and surpass sales targets
22. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow within the motor trade industry
